Warranty & Reliability

Under the official EVE × Nastech Quality Assurance Agreement, the EVE-HVI-60.0 is covered for 7 years or 6000 cycles (whichever comes first) when operated within 25–30 °C and 80 % DoD, ensuring at least 70 % remaining capacity through its service life. Warranty includes remote technical support and spare-part replacement through authorized service channels.
